If you need to cancel or reschedule, I require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel appointments. If you notify me less than 24 hours before the appointment, you are required to pay the full cost of the session.

I currently offer virtual therapy sessions, and coaching sessions. You must be a resident of California to receive therapy services from me. Coaching services are available to individuals located anywhere in the US. I use a HIPAA-compliant platform (Zoom).

Currently I accept Aetna, Anthem & Optum.

Out-of-pocket costs:

Individual Therapy

$150 for a 50-minute session.

Couples Therapy

$175 for a 50-minute session.

Life Coaching

$120 for a 50-minute session(Self Pay Only)

I use a third-party platform called Headway to manage insurance billing and scheduling for clients who are using insurance.

If you're paying out-of-pocket, I accept all major credit and debit cards for self-pay sessions.
