Individual therapy is a space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. While our work focuses on you, I take a systemic approach, meaning we’ll also look at how your relationships, and environment shape the way you think, feel, and show up. Individual therapy is a great starting point for gaining clarity, building insight, and feeling more connected to yourself.

Couples therapy is a space for partners to explore their relationship. It’s not just for those in crisis, and it’s not only for married couples. Whether you're dating, married, queer, in a nontraditional relationship, or simply looking to feel more connected, couples therapy can help you better understand each other, improve communication, and work through challenges together. My goal is to help those in a relationship feel heard and supported as we explore the dynamics that shape your relationship.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a specialized, evidence-based therapy designed to help you process and heal from distressing experiences that traditional talk therapy might not fully address.
During EMDR sessions, you’ll be guided through recalling specific memories or feelings while engaging in gentle, bilateral stimulation — like side-to-side eye movements or taps. This process helps your brain reprocess these memories, reducing emotional and physical reactivity and the negative impact they have on your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
